REVIEW: The Tainted Ones

Book Title: The Tainted Ones
Book Description: In a dying land, a lone man stands before a rotting cathedral. Vines and dried overgrowth choke the Gothic structure like the tentacles of some unnamable thing and hinting at the horrors hidden within. The man steps forward, past the fear-frozen corpse of a man who had come before, and into the cyclopean ruins to discover an eldritch truth.

Summary
I really like this book. As a fan of HellBlazer and John Constatine, I could really get invested in the story and mystery surrounding this book. The art in my eyes is amazing, it’s so different from the old panels in a comic book, it all blends in together which I find interesting. The use of black and white adds a much-needed gothic tone to the book. The dialogue is a bit weird in my eyes because it feels like there isn’t a whole lot of exposition to tell me what is going on, but after I was done reading the short story I still wanted more. I wanted to see where the story was going. I highly recommend you check out this book. You will not be disappointed.
