About the Book:

What happens when someone loses their creativity?  The main character has lost such a thing, and this book takes the main character through a world of self reflection to help him find his creativity and work towards something epic.

Reviewer’s Notes:

Everyone has the potential to be creative, to show the imagination in their minds and put into a medium that someone else can enjoy.  Sometimes what is created does not look very good, and sometimes it is so astounding that it has become something epic.

I know several creative people and each has their various degrees of talents, depending on the medium they apply their creativity too.  This book is definitely a book of self reflection to a certain degree.  Based on this story I would say each is epic in their own right.

Reading this story also reminds me that doing these reviews kind of gives me my own creative outlet, while I do have others, I am certainly not epic.  But this story reminds us that creativity takes time to mold and to mature.  So I highly recommend this book to anyone that needs a reminder that to be epic takes time, nurturing and care in your chosen method.

The thing I like about this story the most is to not give up on your creativity abilities, because built into the story they talk about what happens when you do not nurture your creativity abilities.

This story is definitely something I’m going to follow, because not only is it a great story with great art, it reminds people to never let go of your creative outlets and to improve upon your abilities. Until you have become the most epic version of yourself!

The cover art itself caught my eye as it reminds me of classic 70’s and 80’s movies posters that I felt were always epic, and this specific one is an obvious rendition of everyone’s favorite archeologist, which I always loved.

The interior art is just as wonderful as the cover art. It blends through a few variations of styles, but the main characters do not change.  It references a lot of different styles visually and highlights 4 specific characters in appearance, and since the base theme of the story is creativity I find that it blends very well.
