Reviewer’s Notes:
This story has 22 individual circumstances where war, strife, conflict and loss, that was brought on by someone else. Each story is both unique and fitting at the same time.  The stories change Authors, Artist’s and the like and are brilliantly done by all of them.

Each story was filled with the emotion that each author was trying to convey, as well as a few that were just informative.  But all of the stories dealt with something real that directly affected either the person writing the story or the story that the author is referencing.

There are several cover art pieces for this particular book and all are highlighted in the book itself.  Each one has its own impact and its own feelings that it brings forth.  All were brilliantly done.

The interior artwork, much like the stories, vary greatly with each chapter in this book, and are all very well done and very impactful when combined with the story that they are telling visually, and while the individual style varies in skill just as much as stories themselves, if you take into consideration the story being told with the artwork. Each one fits perfectly!

Overall this book is brilliantly done and while I did have my own emotional impact from reading the stories, it is definitely something that makes me assess my own individual world and how my family and friends are impacted by my presence.  Which is something that I think that we all could benefit from elavulating once in a while.

On a seperate side note all proceeds from the sale of this comic book are being donated to the Ukrainian-based Voices of Children to provide psychological and psychosocial support to children affected by war.

While I don’t promote things of that nature normally, I feel that as a singular voice doing comic book reviews I can at least do something even if small to aid those affected by this great tragedy.

Growing up in the 80s and 90s I grew up as an eclectic geek, a fact that still holds true today. If I am not adulting then I can readily be found doing something geek-related. When I am not doing something geek-related I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family and friends!
